Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and Refunds
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

You must provide proof of purchase.

Items must not have been installed.

Items must be in their original state, with the original packaging and not damaged in any way.

Shipping back to Ministry of Light is to be arranged and paid for by the purchaser.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items are non-refundable, not exchangeable and are not eligible for a credit note.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders or personalized items. Sale items are not returnable or refundable and not eligible for a credit note. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
