Our Poul Henningsen PH5 Classic White pendant light is a reproduction of the original design. The PH5 was initially designed in 1958 to cater to the constant changes to the shape and size of incandescent bulbs by bulb manufacturers. Its ingenious three shade system shields and redirects light downwards creating a downward and lateral light that illuminates itself - a stunning spectacle. PH 5 in classic white features soft white shades, purple struts and blue anti-glare disc. The inside cone is painted red, and together with the small blue reflector creates a warmer tone of light. The PH5 lamp is a classic icon of mid-century modern Scandinavian design. Always stylish, effortlessly elegant and uniquely beautiful, the PH5 lamp is a modern classic.
